This dish is as fun to eat as it is to say LOL! Steak, YES!…..Egg YES!….Mushrooms….YES, YES, YES!!! Another Hello Fresh masterpiece. Tender steak over a bed of crunchy veggies and rice. Then just a dab of sriracha to top it off. And I have to say, all this time I have been trying to figure out what to do with the whites of scallions. Duh! Pickle them in some vinegar LOL!
