Sooooooo here’s my part 2 from the original blog post about the authenticity case being opened on me. If you want to read the original post click here.
Hello friends!! It has been a looooong while since I posted anything, let alone a post about Poshmark. Not because things haven’t been going on, but because I’ve been spread thin adjusting to two babies in the household 😝 Nevertheless, I wanted to share the latest case that got opened on me…..Y’ALL IT JUST GOT SERIOUS! I had an AUTHENTICITY case opened on me!!!! Never in a million years would I think I would be one of the Posher’s to go through that, yet here I am on the other side still alive and moving forward. Get ready, I’m about to spill ALL the tea on the details, lessons learned, and how I coped.
Hello fellow Poshers! I have an interesting topic I would like to get into today. Posh cases are always a hot topic, but from the seller side a lot of times they are a way of life. We often feel unfairly treated and wonder if there’s anything we can do to possibly win a case. There is and I would like to discuss that in this post. Hold on to your hats we are going all in!
One of my Poshmark friends asked me a question the other day, “Do you think modeling in your photos helps a lot?”. I responded to her with a yes, but the question sparked a desire to write out a more in depth answer. I’ve been asked this question before and I’d like to share why I feel modeling in photos might help increase sales. Of course this is all just my opinions and such, but I do hope you enjoy this post and find my insight helpful.
I don’t know what it is about the fall season that seems to make people want to open cases on me 😝. Maybe it’s the cooler weather, maybe it’s the closing of the year, or maybe it’s been too long of a “good streak” and all good things have to come to an end sometime. Regardless, this is obviously going to be a deep post. If you’ve already seen my post on losing a Poshmark case, you know how I’ve started to approach these situations.
Get your reading eyes out, time to see what’s different, what’s the same, and if I’m able to cope with life after yet another case opened against me.
With Poshfest 2018 in hindsight, I have finally had time to sit down and write out the details of what I’ve learned and how I plan to apply them to my future approach with my closet. Sorry in advance it has taken longer than anticipated to get this post up (dealing with a sick toddler so everything else has taken a backseat). Anyway, this is going to be a more detailed informational post of the key take aways from what I gathered from Poshfest. Here we go!
All the buzz around Poshfest 2018 had me thinking…was attending actually going to be WORTH it for me??? I mean, I’m somewhat a part time Posher, so I wasn’t sure if asking for tickets as my super early birthday present (thanks hubby) would beat out something else to come along. But whatever, I’m all about investing in myself now-a-days so let’s get deep into Posh Fest 2018 and the answer to that one nagging question…
I’ve debated posting this for a long while. Not because it’s unusable, but I had hesitation about giving away some of my golden info. Welp, I’ve decided to bite the bullet and do the thing that makes zero sense. I’m going to tell you where I thrift and shop for my inventory, how I find items when I go, tips and tricks to get the most for your purchases, and how to flip them for profit. This will be a few part series so be sure and subscribe so you don’t miss all the goods.
I’ve been debating about writing why I Posh in the first place. Even as a college graduate, I had always been more interested in the visual creativity of fashion vs. the analytical creativity side that I got lost in. It was never a question of if I was talented, but who was going to give me a chance to show my visual creativity. So many bumps and bruises along the way, but I finally feel like I’m right where I need to be. Here’s my story:
